Payment
Build is a one-time fee; Operate is billed monthly with a 3-month minimum commitment, then continues month to month until cancelled.
Ownership
On full payment, your website, content, accounts and data are yours. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We are not liable for outcomes outside our control, including third-party platform changes.
